Gym and Gym

hellooo ! So yeah ,How's gym and all? I just gotta say that Im just tooo too happy that I finally joined back the gym and I  felt so energized after my cardio and workout . Like I said I would  concentrate more on cardio first because I need to make myself light ,I need  to lose those fat but remember to workout as well .Do few reps of sets alongside . Because cardio itself will not tone your body . You need to do heavy exercises so that you can build some muscles and muscles will enable you to burn calories even when you're watching tv . GIRLS, muscles doesn't mean 'hulk'ing !! Most of the girls do have the perception that lifting makes you bigger .But know the facts right.Lifting heavily and very heavily and with more painful workout and super dedication is what makes men to have six packs and big arms and legs. So,lifting light will never make you a hulk . You should google up to know more .

I bought a pair of new training shoes because my current training shoe is very old and I got it as a sponsor from the Malaysian Government Sport Complex in year 2010 .That's really old na?

This is it .I got it from BATA for RM 59.90 . That's  all I can afford .I know we all dream for Nike's training shoes .they are awesome. But I appreciate every tiny pieces that I have now.This shoe is super comfortable too .I wore this to gym and trained and guess what , I wear this to college too.Haha . Believe me. It's beautiful and comfortable as well .










After my workout . Sweating and feeling good. You look the prettiest when you sweat in the gym .

Set your goals right ! - Do's and Don'ts

Hi my fellow lifters. How are you doing ? How good is  your fitness journey so far ? I'm so excited that I can join gym very soon . In this post I am just going to guide you the right thing to follow to lose weight ( not being fitness specialist ,just a few general tips ) .


A few weight loss resolutions that you should really skip or avoid  and set it right .
  • I'm going to skip all fat , sugar and salt - Never force yourself for a super strict diet . You can never skip all fat ,sugar and salt . You need good fatty acids such as Omega3 and nuts to keep your skin healthy and also your heart healthy . Skip fast foods and also any food that contains MSG . Eat fresh .Reduce your salt intake and also sugar. Use brown sugar instead . Say NO to carbonated drinks or candies . You may have your cheatmeal once in a week . 
  • I'm going to gym everyday -  No. That's wrong. You shouldn't strain yourself too much on it.When you drain your body too much it becomes very tired and weak and will need more time to recover back to normal .The ideal would be going to gym 5 days a week d maximum and minimum 3 times .
  • I'm going to do this same sets / reps for a month - This will not give a good result. When you repeat the same reps or set of exercises for more than 6 days , your body will get adapted to it .So you should change your set of exercises every six days once. Try different sets of exercise or try workout and cardio different days .
  • I'm going to weigh myself everyday - It's important to keep track of your progress but weighing yourself  everyday will not give you satisfaction because it is a slow progress and not an overnight progress . So be patient and wait . A few words from a certified fitness trainer was "A better way to measure your weight loss: “Get a pair of jeans that you haven’t been able to fit into and use them as your scale," she suggests. "If you’re changing shape and losing weight, you’ll notice those jeans fitting better.” " . So yeah where's your cant-fit-into-it jeans ? LOL 
  • I'm going to stop all unhealthy foods - It's fair to treat yourself once in awhile . Give a day for your sweet tooth . depriving yourself of the taste you truly want can often only lead to overeating later. That's cheatmeal .I have my cheatdays every Sunday because Sundays are Fundays =) . But make sure you don't go above your limit and remember to burn it the next day .
  • Never skip your breakfast . WARNING !! Eat your breakfast like king , lunch like prince and dinner like a beggar .but also add 3 snacks in between your meals. You can have fruit shakes , fruits or nuts .
  • Im going to follow one specific source only - Never hesitate to ask others. I always read health magazines and articles . It's vital to get enough knowledge about health .After all , you are the one who handles yourself most of the time .Right ? 
  • I'm never gona touch the dumbell - Girls !! I hate this statement from girls . I mean lifting will not make you a beast. It will give you curves. Doing cardio only will never give you curvy figure.You have to workout as well . Muscles will make you to burn calories even when you're watching TV. but it doesn't mean you must be like The Rock .LOL . 

That's a lot , I know. But make sure you follow all these simple rules for weight loss . This blog is mainly to keep me accountable of my target and also I love helping others too .So everyone has the right for the best .Give yourself the best and stay happy because this life is gift from God  .
